MTEL Internet Registration

The following MTEL tests are available only on computer:

• Communication and Literacy Skills (01) (both subtests)
• Early Childhood (02)
• English (07)
• Foundations of Reading (90)
• General Curriculum (03) (both subtests)
• History (06)

All other MTEL tests are offered as paper-based tests.

Computer-based testing is available on a first-come, first-served basis at Pearson Professional Centers throughout the United States, its territories, and Canada, including several in Massachusetts. Refer to "Test Dates" and Test Centers" for more information about when and where you may test.

There is an additional computer-based testing fee of $25 for each CBT test appointment, in addition to the test fee(s) and the $30 registration processing fee.
